UK DataPoint goes Global!

Friday, January 11th, 2008

As of January 1st 2008, we changed our name from UK DataPoint to Global DataPoint. As UK DataPoint we held the most comprehensive database of UK Events and Venues. In addition to cementing our position regarding UK Events we are expanding our operations to include Global Arts Events and What’s On information and the change in name reflects this improved degree of comprehensiveness.

In addition we are adding a Transport Events division to collect and collate road closures and traffic related data in the UK. We are working with some of the biggest names in global mapping and satellite navigation to introduce these ground breaking data sets.

We look forward to continuing to provide excellent data and service to our valued customers both existing and new. For more details please contact us.
